Job Description

Aerotek is hiring immediately for a 1st shift hydraulics assembler technician in Sturtevant, WI

Job Responsibilities

Assemble hydraulic systems, including hydraulic components, hoses, and tube bending.

Perform field wiring and electrical conduit bending and routing.

Debug hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Install test stands, conduct field wiring, and provide customer training.

Travel up to 10-15%, including flying.Essential Skills

Experience in machine building, repair, or maintenance (minimum of 3 years).

Proficiency with blueprints and schematics (minimum of 2 years).

Ability to assemble hydraulic systems and perform mechanical assembly.Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma required; 2-year associate degree desired.

Knowledge of hydraulic systems and understanding of schematics.

Experience with PC-based data acquisition and control hardware.

Capability to use PC controls to perform basic checkout of test stand functionality.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
