Summary

The TEKsystems is seeking an Editor for a ~2-3 month contract position to focus on social-first content. We’re looking for a talented team member who thrives in a quick-turn, fluid environment.

You must have a proven track record of successful social content creation and social-first craft (UGC storytelling, motion graphics, trending social templates & elements.) The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, has a finger on the pulse of social trends and culture, and is a strategic and proactive problem solver.

Required Skills

Deep understanding of short-form social content and expertise in designing, editing, and assembling quality thumb-stopping pieces

Partner with Creative and Comms Team on strategically producing content for social channels

Work collaboratively and cross functionally across product communications teams, creative teams, and other stakeholders to build and execute plans to support the C-level executive in leading announcements.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience creating content across all mediums including photo, video, social media.

Experience producing for social platforms

Experience working in dynamic environments, changing schedules and on quick-turn projects.

Organizational and time management skills that can adapt to shifting priorities.

Must be located in SF Bay, and able to come to the office as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $120.00/hr.
