Job Description
We are looking for an executive chef for our small venue. This is a part time job that can grow as the venue grows. We offer farm to table dinners and high teas monthly using produce from our large garden. We also host wedding, corporate events, graduation parties, birthday parties and other family events. Our salary is based on the party size and the food served. Experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee culinary operations during events
Purchased all food for events
Use produce from the farm
Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Assist in the development of menus and cost for events
Prepare creative plate presentations
Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCompany Description
