Profile: Administrative support in validation processes, report handling, document control, and attention to internal systems. Technical degree or incomplete electrical engineering studies, intermediate Excel skills.

The Validation Clerk assists the Manager with field support and other project-related tasks and report as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, with a solid understanding of Excel.

Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects

Scheduling, planning and reviewing validation activities

Basic understanding of PLC's

Basic understanding of Mechanical & Electrical design

Backup performed validation documents files on the server

Sorting mail and responding to it or distributing it to appropriate employees

Typing reports, letters, and other business documents

General Knowledge:

Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and P&IDs

Must be able to work alone with little or no direction.

Ability to fulfill responsibilities with minimal and detailed supervision.

Accurate and efficient typing skills for data entry

Must have good written and oral communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent experience.

Bilingual: Spanish and English. Level B1

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
