North Park Group is a private investment firm focused on acquiring and growing family-owned manufacturing and distribution businesses with the strategy to hold and grow them. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team, in support of one our portfolio companies. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day customer service responsibilities and generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, engaging with potential clients, and nurturing existing relationships. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be crucial in driving sales growth and achieving targets. It is necessary that the candidate have some background in telemarketing for technical products to industrial customers.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads.
Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through warm calling and follow-ups.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to negotiate and close deals in a competitive environment.
A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and generating leads.
Technical sales experience is preferred.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
