CNC Laser Operator

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate laser cutting machines to produce parts that meet exact specifications and quality standards. If you have a mechanical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for manufacturing excellence, we’d like to meet you.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-4:30pm with Saturday available for more overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

Load and unload materials onto machines using hoists or by hand.

Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance to specifications.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.

Previous experience operating laser cutting machines

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic computer and math skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
