Production Operator Compensation

• Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Production Operator Highlights

• Shift: A-Shift – Day shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays (12-hour shifts)

• Schedule: 3 days one week, 4 days the next (3-4-4-3 schedule)

• Work Environment: Cleanroom, high-tech manufacturing facility

Production Operator Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with process specifications and safety standards

• Monitor and respond to SPC (Statistical Process Control) charts and tool qualifications

• Troubleshoot equipment errors and support tool recovery

• Process engineering targets, SWRs, and run tests as directed

• Maintain clean and organized workstation following 6S standards

• Log machine data accurately and escalate issues to appropriate personnel

• Participate in required training and complete certifications/recertifications

• Provide clear and detailed pass downs to the next shift

• Suggest and support continuous improvement efforts in safety, efficiency, and quality

• Identify and report hazards, and follow all safety protocols

Production Operator Requirements

• 0–3 years of manufacturing or production experience (semiconductor experience is a plus)

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with full PPE

• Able to lift and move materials safely using accurate lifting techniques

• Must have strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency

• Demonstrated ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and flexible schedules
