Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight: Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery and client progress.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including scheduling, staff allocation, and resource management.
Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regional growth strategies, ensuring client retention and financial goals are met.
Data-Driven Practices: Utilize clinical data to guide quality improvement initiatives and enhance treatment outcomes.
Compliance: Ensure all services meet state and federal regulations and licensure requirements.
Team Development: Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Certifications:
Active BCBA certification required.
Active LBA certification in Texas required.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of clinical and operational management experience in ABA therapy.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
