Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project manage marketing initiatives from planning to execution, including registration workflows, newsletters, and event communications
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing programs that align with business goals
Manage and update both public-facing and internal websites; create visuals, develop content, and ensure brand consistency
Create, edit, and proofread marketing content and materials for accuracy and quality
Support marketing strategies across digital and print channels
Track and report on the success of campaigns, offering insights for improvement
Work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for event support
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of marketing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience in product, program, or services marketing
Project management experience with ability to meet deadlines independently
Strong communication, writing, and copyediting skills
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
Experience with Drupal, HTML, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite, and communications platforms
Familiar with web design and editorial standards
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting to change
Must be available for occasional evening and weekend work
