Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Addison, IL. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience (preferred but not required) and be comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks, including paperwork processing, data entry, phone communication, and customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a professional setting
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, organizing paperwork, and maintaining office records.
Conduct accurate data entry and ensure records are up to date.
Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
Assist in responding to inquiries from clients, customers, or team members.
Maintain office supplies and handle basic inventory management.
Support office staff with day-to-day operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S, pass DT, and BG check.
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
Previous office experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
