About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and field-savvy Construction Project Manager to lead projects across New York City. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take full ownership of projects from the ground up. We value hands-on experience and seek someone who can lead in both the field and office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of construction projects throughout NYC, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Coordinate closely with field supers, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to ensure work is completed on time and within scope
Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control
Oversee both interior and exterior construction scopes
Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists
Liaise with city agencies and navigate NYC-specific permitting and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in construction, with significant time spent as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor
Strong field knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with trades and site personnel
Experience with MEP systems — a plus
Familiarity with SCA (School Construction Authority) projects — a bonus, but not required
Deep understanding of NYC building codes, DOB processes, and local construction standards
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
