What You’ll Do:

As a Driver & Lead Field Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead a team of field marketers in local neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners and generating appointments for our sales team—no selling required. You’ll drive your team to the field, coach them throughout the day, and help hit individual and team goals.

Safely drive and lead a field marketing team to assigned territories

Knock on doors and speak with homeowners about our remodeling services

Schedule free in-home consultations with interested homeowners

Motivate, coach, and mentor your team to perform at their best

Track team metrics and report daily performance

What We’re Looking For:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Previous experience in field marketing, canvassing, or team leadership

Excellent communication and coaching skills

High energy, positive attitude, and a goal-driven mindset

Dependable, organized, and self-motivated

Schedule:

Full-time, 8-hour shifts (typically afternoon to evening)

Rotating Saturdays

Sundays off
