Call Center Sales Representative
Requirements:
· 2+ years Sales experience in a Call Center
· Prior success selling in a combined Salary/Commission compensation program
· Full time 40 hours per week, reliable attendance
· Consistent lead processing productivity
· High school diploma or GED equivalent

Sales Program / Job Description:
· A consultative sales, relationship based sales format is used, no hard sell techniques
· Customers have a specific medical problem and they have a significant need for a medical solution.
· Effective Sales Representatives listen to their customers, provide medical information to their questions and develop a positive service relationship
Key Skill Requirements:
· Ability to sell a premium quality, high value technical medical service over the telephone.
· Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical medical information to potential Customers
· Sales skills must include; qualifying the customer, identifying customer goals and overcoming objections
· Excellent verbal and written communication using emails and text messaging
· Commitment to superior Customer service
