Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor on a temporary position. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a workforce of over 2,000 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume payroll, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process biweekly payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple locations.
Verify and reconcile timekeeping records with supervisors and HR.
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and company policies.
Prepare reports for Finance, HR, and audit purposes as needed.
Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 distribution and payroll tax filings.
Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to support employee changes and payroll data integrity.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in high-volume payroll processing.
Strong proficiency with ADP
Solid understanding of payroll regulations and best practices.
High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
