Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls appropriately
Serve client both in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Receive payments
Data Entry
Process and file paperwork
Read and write e-mails accurately
Strong computer skills - ability to operate within an electronic and paperless workflow
Order office supplies

Upbeat tax and financial firm on Madison's east side. Looking for Full-time permanent receptionist. May have further opportunity for additional Administrative staff. Receptionist hours 8:30 am - 5:00 pm M-Th, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm on Fridays. Tax season, hours will vary with opportunity for over-time. Due to the nature of our business, all candidates will be required to pass FINRA background check and fingerprinting.
