Billing Clerk

JOB TITLE: Billing Clerk

LOCATION: Houston, TX

POSITION REPORTS TO: Regional Fuel Billing Manager

WAGES: Commensurate with experience and skills

SCHEDULE: Tuesday through Saturday, Hours to be determined. Some overtime may be required

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Track and record fuel and other products through SmartLogix and SAP to create invoices to SCRI customers

· Create and maintain excel spreadsheets

· Create Sales Orders

· Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to resolve discrepancies and/or missing information

· Respond to emails

· Receive telephone calls, and handle caller inquiries in a professional manner

· Generate accurate daily reports in a timely fashion

· Work in multiple programs

· Research to resolve open orders, un-billed liabilities, and paperwork issues

· Other tasks and projects assigned by manager
