Temporary Office Assistant - Ravena, NY
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Length: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking one dependable Temporary Office Assistant to support our Ravena office. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and ready to jump in and assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties
Answer and direct phone calls
Contact customers with updates
Enter data accurately into systems
Organize and file paperwork
Assist with handling warranty parts
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Previous office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to start immediately
