Your Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, and HR programs, policies, and regulations.
Work efficiently with raw meat in a safe manner.
Adapt to cold working environments (between 33-36 degrees).
Stand on hard surfaces for extended durations.
Lift and handle items up to 50lbs.
Utilize personal protective equipment as required.
Thrive in a fast-paced and repetitive environment.
Rotate through various roles and tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in PLC/HMI/Controls Systems.
At least 1 year experience with Rockwell Allen Bradley or Siemens systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and update a variety of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Strong capability to read and analyze electrical schematics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in both team and individual settings as a self-starter.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with continuous and batch process control strategies.
General understanding of the production processes.
Ability to configure and program various control systems including PLC and HMI systems.
Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance planning and scheduling.
Experience in automation, electrical, and instrumentation with Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
Understanding of plant digital business design and implementation.
Knowledge of OSI PI and automation solutions execution for plant processes.
Ability to design and implement control strategies based on best practices.
Collaborate with teams to identify improvement opportunities and provide training for completed projects.
Participate in training and development courses provided by HR, vendors, and external consultants.
