Cape Fox Mission Systems is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to support a government customer. A minimum of eight years of experience in release management, DevOps, or agile project management, preferably within Salesforce environment is required. Proficiency with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred), and experience working in Agile Release Trains (ARTs) are required. Join the Cape Fox team! This position is contingent upon award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at:$125,000 - $140,000.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Duties and responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce releases.

Develop and maintain release schedules, timelines, and dependencies

Lead release readiness reviews and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the release status

Manage release scope, risks, and issues and provide mitigation plans as needed

Facilitate release communication and coordination between different teams, including developers, testers, administrators, and business users

Ensure that release documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date

Drive continuous improvement in the release management process, including automation and optimization

Provide guidance and support to teams in adopting and adhering to release management best practices

Monitor and report on release performance metrics and KPIs

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features and provide recommendations on their adoption
