As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in connecting talented individuals with their ideal job opportunities while delivering a stellar experience for candidates and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, assess, and place a diverse range of candidates while ensuring their progression within our network.

Proactively address challenges in client recruitment and collaborate with stakeholders for effective solutions.

Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers to promote future recruitment opportunities.

Stay informed about local market dynamics to guide clients in workforce management.

Help drive sales initiatives by engaging with potential clients and exploring new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient recruitment processes.

Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and design recruitment strategies.

Engage with the community and attend networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Your Daily Activities:

Source candidates through job postings, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Review applications to shortlist candidates who meet the qualifications.

Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and compatibility.

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Support candidates throughout the recruitment process with guidance and feedback.

Visit clients weekly for onsite check-ins and facilitate high-volume recruitment efforts.

Organize job fairs and recruitment events in the area.
