Educational Recommendations
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at an accredited university in the U.S. with participation in a recognized co-op program.
Work under the guidance of senior engineers to identify defects and their root causes
Support the implementation of corrective actions for product issues
Participate in circuit design, simulation, analysis, and hands-on troubleshooting
Operate lab test equipment such as oscilloscopes, bit error rate testers, and variable power supplies
Use Microsoft Excel to document and tabulate test data and results
Contribute to environmental hardware testing by creating scripts to control climatic chambers and collect performance data
A solid foundation in circuit design, analysis, simulation, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with standard electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, BERTs)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for organizing and reporting data
A detail-oriented mindset and willingness to learn hands-on in a lab environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
It Would Be Nice If You Also Had:
Experience with printed circuit board soldering
Familiarity with circuit prototyping and working with higher-order assemblies
Exposure to Keysight VEE or similar scripting environments for test automation
Experience writing data collection scripts for lab testing setups
