Embrace Your Role as an LPN/LVN: Your impactful responsibilities include:

Delivering direct patient care in alignment with individualized care plans and physician's orders.

Monitoring patient behaviors including vital signs and responses to treatment.

Collaborating with Registered Nurses to communicate findings and implement care plans.

Building meaningful connections with patients to support their physical, emotional, and mental recovery.

Celebreting patient achievements along their recovery journey.

Qualifications:

Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.

CPR certification.

Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.

Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation settings.
