POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Blender/Processor plans, controls and executes the delivery of the daily blend/processing requirements for production through the scheduling, ordering and manufacturing of raw ingredients from concentrate with adherence to the quality specification requirement. About You

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

1 - 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required is acceptable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge:

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods

Knowledge of SAP

Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and recipes

Ability to write simple correspondence

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and/or small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Abilities:

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.
