As a Senior Analyst – IMP Onboarding, lead and support the technical and operational onboarding of travel partners onto our New Distribution Capability (NDC) platform. This position is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process, providing technical guidance, and ensuring a seamless partner experience in alignment with NDC standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, the analyst will lead efforts to scale NDC adoption.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for partners integrating with NDC APIs.
Serve as a subject matter expert to Airline and third-party tech partners on NDC functionalities, standards for the respective airline.
Work closely with GDSs, aggregators, and third-party tech partners to support their NDC implementation.
Responsible to conduct end to end review of API workflow and assisting partners with certification.
Monitor onboarding progress, track milestones, and resolve issues or blockers proactively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Analyze onboarding KPIs and propose process improvements..
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate Accelya internal teams.
Knowledge of XML, JSON, JavaScript and SQL Server.
Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure setup, databases, firewall, cloud, and networking.
Ability to work within a small team environment with little supervision and flexible shift.
Strong analytical/problem solving skills with knowledge of the airline industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Must have experience in providing technical support for application software.
Knowledge and experience with XML-based system interfaces, schema design, and hands on experience with XML based tools like Postman, SOAPUI.
Familiar with Zendesk, and issue management systems (Jira - Service Desk/Zendesk).
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Background in software development/programming given preference.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems field or equivalent.
