Job Description
Controller/CFO for South Florida Real Estate Management and Development Company
Reports to: President
Responsible for full financial oversight, including cash management, reporting, budgeting, payroll, A/P, A/R, insurance, and real estate taxes. Oversees partner loan tracking, distributions, and assists in office management, policy development, and personnel matters.
Key duties include:
Preparing reports for ownership and partners
Managing Skyline (property/user setup, training, support)
Approving invoices and coordinating audits
Managing mortgage schedules, billings, payments, and compliance reporting
Overseeing insurance renewals, claims, billing, and lender documentation
Acting as backup for Payroll, HR, and Insurance Admin
Performing bank reconciliations, wires, and ACH transfers
Preferred Qualifications: CPA strongly preferred. Must have experience managing multiple residential and commercial properties. Seeking candidates with stable employment history and long-term tenure.
Full-time
