Responsibilities
Deliver 5-Star Customer Service.
Keeping the Pipeline & Forecast up to date.
Quickly and accurately bid commercial jobs for the plumbing department using ServiceTitan software.
Participate in take-offs and customer meetings.
Pre-construction meetings.
Fast change order processing and management.
Obtaining technical permits such as Traffic Control permits, engineering permits, etc.
Review plumbing plans, specifications, and other bid documents prior to finalizing an estimate.
Attend job site meetings & pre-bid walkthroughs as required to fully understand project scope.
Maintain working knowledge of plumbing service construction & safety.
Provide technical support for ongoing projects, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
Maintain accurate records of estimate data, bid documents, correspondence with customers, and project-related documentation. Ensure compliance with company procedures & standards.
Qualifications
Knowledge in Mechanical Plumbing (large hotels, warehouses, industrial, etc.)
Experience in plumbing repair work, not installation
Ability to accurately troubleshoot and diagnose problems in order to accurately bid and price jobs
Knowledge of Oregon Plumbing Code, OR State Plumbing License *not* required
5+ years' experience in estimating large commercial repair jobs
Able to assess & plan to bid quickly and accurately *without* the use of automated estimating software
