Sr. MarTech Developer (CDP / AEP / Tealium)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MarTech Developer with a strong focus on customer data, omni channel personalization and media marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative marketing technology solutions that leverage data-driven insights to drive customer engagement and business growth. You will collaborate closely with enterprise architects, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust and scalable MarTech solutions, with a particular emphasis on targeting, retargeting, real-time personalization, and customer data platform (CDP) implementations

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years of experience in MarTech development and architecture with a strong focus on media marketing, customer data, real-time personalization, and CDP implementations.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in Tealium/Adobe, GCP, Kafka, Pega, and Adobe Target.

Experience in Tealium AudioStream, Tealium Audience Builder

Expertise in CDPs (e.g., Tealium CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP).

Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or other relevant languages.

Experience with data integration tools and technologies.

Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP).
