We are looking for an enthusiastic product manager with profound domain and tech knowledge in the field of marketing tech and who can build & drive the product roadmap. The skill set should be towards Technical PM or PO roles within half capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for our payment marketing products, aligning it with the overall company vision and goals as well as a wide range of internal stakeholders. Continually assess the needs of customers, market trends, competitive opportunities, and threats in defining and evolving the product strategy.

Requirements-Definition: Develop comprehensive product plans, incorporating market requirements, define the competitive arena, and establish the objectives, strategies, and actions required to achieve business goals. Produce high-quality requirements documents and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget. Write user stories to communicate customer needs in an agile development environment.

Prioritization: Provide value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI and market-driven alignment. Deliver world-class innovation in features, usability, and product performance in a consistent cadence of releases. Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching major product releases.

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and adoption to scalability.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and incorporate insights into the product development process. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries. Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction by monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.

Product-Roll-out: Work with teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Industry Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in Martech and bundling solutions. Act as a thought leader within the organization, providing insights and recommendations to senior management

Basic Qualifications

3-5 years experience in product management with a strong sense of all agile methodologies, and ability to work with product consultants, architects, and engineers.

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Expertise in understanding API design, reverse engineering, and developing comprehensive requirements for API specifications and solutions.

Proven large-scale, multi-national marketing tech expertise covering topics such as bundling, paid conversions, attribution, causal impact measurement, LTV models, optimization algorithms, third-party landscape, etc. Deep understanding of marketing channels and their operations including understanding the role and pain points of marketers & growth managers for large Merchants.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a clear focus on creating business impact via product solutions.

Strong sense of process ownership and ability to drive product development through the implementation of best practices in product discovery and design, thorough process of customer interview and setting close feedback loops for all products, drive adoption and growth and overall lead successful rollouts of our new products.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure APIs

Experience working across functional teams and stakeholders (both internal and external)
