About the Opportunity
Driscoll’s is seeking an Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Report Developer with experience to turn data into reports and visually intuitive dashboards that impact key decision making in the organization. ERP report developer will analyze, interpret, and organize enormous amounts of data from the Oracle Cloud Fusion environment. In this position ERP Report Developer will demonstrate in depth understanding of Oracle database and information technologies and recommend industry standards in stabilizing report work stream with industry standards and trends. The reporting developer will be working with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and others along with IT teams in building the reporting models and rolling out the framework.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with functional leaders, Business Stakeholders, IT and project teams to create and manage Fusion Oracle Cloud BI Publisher and OTBI reports.
Work with business teams to document detailed report requirements into functional specifications for all reports to be used during the progressive build cycles of the implementation.
Work closely with IT Team leads, Senior business leaders and Users to determine the reporting requirements.
Effectively translate complex business requirements into technical requirements and assist in designing Functional Design Documents.
Manage technical delivery resources supporting report development, testing, deployment activities in onshore/offshore model.
Work with Security and Compliance team to define and build structure that defines roles/privileges and to control report access.
Understand inter-departmental reporting requirements, design reporting models, and roll out various reports aligning with the Data security.
Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting tools (OTBI & BIP). Assist in development of standard reports, dashboards, compliance reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Design, development, and maintenance of ongoing KPIs, metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
Monitor, respond and resolve tickets and issues submitted by users, ability to perform RCA on critical tickets/incidents.

Education, Knowledge and Experience
Academic Degree:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field
Professional experience on the job:
4+ experience in implementing and rolling out Oracle Cloud Fusion Application OTBI and BIP reporting tools.
Professional experience on the functional area:
4+ years of experience in rolling out BI reports using various reporting models in oracle cloud fusion
Minimum of 4 years SQL experience
Areas of experience:
Experience in Reporting Tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), Performance Tuning, troubleshooting abilities, and advanced SQL Skills - writing SQL scripts – required, PL SQL – preferred
Experience with Master (customer, supplier, COA, etc.) and multi organization/region transaction (GL, PO, AP, etc.) data in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Must be self-directed and able to work effectively in a team environment with little direct supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail, time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud’s Financial, Supply chain management module and Procurement module. Financial module not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Project Costing, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivables, and Accounting Hub. Supply chain management module not limited to Procurement, Order Management and Product Management. Procurement module is not limited to supplier management, sales, and contracts
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and understanding of data flow between applications
Strong implementation knowledge on the reporting tools Oracle Fusion OTBI, OBIEE, BIP etc.
OTBI and BI Publisher reporting knowledge and experience.
Strong coding knowledge on SQL, PLSQL
Good functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion Reporting (SAAS).
Techno/Functional knowledge of Finance business applications.
Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence, Fusion Extracts, OTBI Reports, and BI Publisher.
Strong familiarity with Oracle's Cloud Fusion ERP Financials out-of-the-box reports.
Functional knowledge of the Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion application (financials & supply chain management)
A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
