Head of Finance, Controlling and IT

Employment Group is exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturing company to identify a strategic and dynamic Head of Finance, Controlling and IT to join their executive management team.

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to lead all financial, controlling, and IT activities across the North American region.

Key Responsibilities: · Lead the regional finance and controlling functions including planning, forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit management.

· Oversee capital investment planning and approval, product costing, and intercompany pricing.

· Provide strategic advice and support on business decisions based on financial analysis.

· Manage finance and IT teams, including direct and dotted line reports, and lead talent hiring and development.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

· Manage IT infrastructure to support business needs and mitigate data integrity and security risks.

· Represent the company as an officer for the North American region.

· Collaborate cross-functionally and with global headquarters.

Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

· Over 10 years of senior-level experience in finance and IT management within a manufacturing or similar industry.

· Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and financial expertise.

· Advanced SAP, BI tools, and analytics proficiency.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to travel domestically and internationally (valid passport required). · Ideal candidates have a background in leading finance teams in either a large enterprise with governance experience or a medium-sized company with entrepreneurial spirit balanced with solid controls.
