Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales and security services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security services sector.

Build strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses to secure contracts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Collaborate with operations and executive teams to ensure client needs are met.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the security services industry.

Prior military, law enforcement, or private security experience is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of security solutions and operational protocols.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or related field (preferred).
