Position: Security Guard

Location: 8352 Harmon Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76131

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay: $16 per hour

Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

The Security Guard will assist Property Management in ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff, and authorized visitors. This position involves regular monitoring of the property, responding to incidents, and maintaining a secure environment at all times.

Essential Functions:

Secures premises and personnel: Patrol the property regularly, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points, and permit entry to authorized individuals.

Sound alarms for assistance: Alert emergency responders as needed by sounding alarms or contacting relevant authorities.

Prevents losses and damage: Identify and report irregularities, enforce policies and procedures, and take action to restrain trespassers or violators.

Completes reports: Record observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities in detailed reports; interview witnesses and gather necessary signatures when required.

Maintains environment: Monitor and adjust building systems and equipment controls to maintain a safe environment.

Conducts extensive patrols: Perform regular interior and exterior patrols of assigned areas to ensure security.

Other duties as assigned: Assist with any other tasks or responsibilities as requested by Property Management to ensure the safety and security of the property.

Qualifications:

Prior security experience required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during long shifts.

Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Certification Requirements (All)

Texas Level II Non-Commissioned License
