What You’ll Do

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Velvet Ice Cream within your assigned region—driving growth, delivering results, and ensuring our customers receive top-tier service.

Key responsibilities include:

Inside sales only — no cold calls or prospecting required

Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals

Build and nurture relationships with key accounts and customers

Identify new business opportunities and share leads with management

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide consistent updates through sales reports and forecasting

Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)

A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
