[vc_row kd_background_overlay="default" kd_background_image_position="vc_row-bg-position-top"][vc_column][vc_column_text]Position: Assembly Technician Reports to: Operations Manager Position Summary: Through continuous training and personal development, the entry level Assembly Technician shall be able to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

The Assembly Technician must be detail oriented and well organized and responsible for a wide variety of functions that support the assembly and production team.

Such functions include part handling, cleaning, and marking; Sub-assembly and Top-level assembly; Safety wiring and flushing.

The Assembly Technician must be willing to work with computers and be a motivated team player.

Essential Job Functions: * Mate and Assembly components using a variety of tools and methods not limited to Hand, Electric, and Pneumatic tools; Wrenches, Sockets, Screwdrivers, Torque drivers; Helical Insert Installation Tools; Arbor-press; as well as custom job-specific tooling.

* Install electrical components such as LVDT's and Switches * Must be able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams and schematics * Select, setup, and follow procedures using fixturing and tooling described in company documents * Enter and retrieve data from the company computer system * Maintain a clean and safe work area Job Qualification Requirements: Training and Experience: High School Diploma: Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel Physical Demands: * Push, Pull and reach overhead; exert and lift 50 pounds to move objects * Near acuity and accommodation are required for reading drawings and specifications, measuring instruments, computer screens and documents.
