Job Type: Full-Time Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

We're a busy and reputable auto repair shop located in Spring Branch, Houston. Our commitment to top-quality service and customer care has earned us a loyal customer baseand now were looking for a reliable, friendly, and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Shuttle Driver.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist with drop-off and pick-up coordination.

Drive customers to and from the shop in our company shuttle vehicle (typically within a 510 mile radius).

Assist with phone calls, appointment scheduling, and other front-desk customer service tasks.

Maintain a clean, professional shuttle vehicle.

Support the shop team with errands, parts pick-up, or light facility tasks when needed.

Requirements:

Valid Texas drivers license with a clean driving record.

Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.

Friendly attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.

Ability to navigate the local area efficiently and safely.

Automotive knowledge a plus, but not required.
