What am I looking for:

Completion of Industrial Maintenance degree or certificate preferred

Formal manufacturing maintenance education and/or 5 years of related manufacturing maintenance experience

Advanced mechanical/electrical skills (PLC troubleshooting and Robotics skills preferred)

Ability to read and understand complex instructions, prints, flowcharts, block diagrams, and schematics

Competence in using and understanding precision testing and diagnostic equipment

Experience with e-mail, job databases, spreadsheets, and CMMS, such as SAP

Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) experience preferred

Packaging and high-speed automation experience preferred

Yellow/Green Belt training preferred

Shift and Schedule:

This role will work our D1 Shift from 6:00am - 6:00pm on a 2-2-3 Schedule. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose, plan, and perform operations to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, and dismantle complex manufacturing and support equipment

Perform advanced troubleshooting on control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, and PLCs on complex high-speed packaging lines

Conduct preventive maintenance and proactive activities to monitor and maintain equipment condition

Coordinate with other technicians, production personnel, engineering, management, and other stakeholders

Communicate and plan maintenance activities with equipment/service vendors

Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized work areas

Comply with regulatory, Keurig Dr Pepper, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards

Assist other maintenance technicians as priorities dictate or directed

Identify opportunities for maintenance or process improvement and drive recommendations to implementation or resolution

Complete or assist with special projects as directed

Perform other duties as requested by management

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed

Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop

Ability to repetitively lift, twist, stretch, and reach overhead

Ability to stand for the entire shift, minimum of 12 hours

Work in compliance with OSHA regulations
