Job Description

This role involves supporting the order desk by engaging with walk-in customers and explaining the layout of stone slabs in the showroom. The position requires guiding customers through the showroom and physically showing them the slabs. Additionally, it involves tracking all incoming and outgoing inventory using the Warehouse Management System, Profit.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet walk-in customers and explain the layout of stone slabs in the showroom.

Guide customers through the showroom and physically show them the slabs.

Track all incoming and outgoing inventory using the Warehouse Management System, Profit.

Receive and manage load sheets, including data entry into the computer system.

Interpret and utilize Excel sheets for inventory tracking.

Maintain records of inventory movement and manage the system's Profit for inventory creation and movement.

Support the order desk operations without requiring heavy lifting or maneuvering.

Answer phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
