Job Title: CNC Machinist
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Haas milling machines, focusing on custom parts manufacturing.
Perform 5-15 machine setups per day.
Edit programs using G&M codes, and utilize CAD/CAM or GibbsCAM as needed.
Complete tooling changes and adjust speeds and feeds of machines.
Inspect parts using mics, calipers, gauges, gauge blocks, and gauge pins.
Check every part against blueprints.
Perform shop math calculations including fractions, decimals, and reading a tape measure.
Operate Mazatrol machine controls.Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience in CNC Milling, Haas experience is a plus.
Proficient in programming using G&M codes.
Experience with mics, calipers, and gauges.
Strong shop math skills including fractions, decimals, and tape measure reading.
Ability to hold tight tolerances of +/- 0.0005.
Blueprint reading proficiency.
Capability to set up mills, complete tooling changes, adjust speeds and feeds, and edit programs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work hours are 6am - 4pm Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays. The facility is very clean and well-lit, supporting various industries such as automotive, sporting, and aerospace. With a team of 70 employees, our company designs and builds custom automation machinery, providing innovative and reliable solutions across multiple sectors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tiffin, Ohio.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
