Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assemble precision machined and electronic components according to specifications.

Perform hands-on tasks including deburring, drilling, tapping, and detailed assembly work.

Accurately interpret and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and parts lists.

Apply metrology techniques to ensure precise measurements and tolerances.

Use hand tools effectively for assembly and finishing tasks.

Handle materials and chemicals such as epoxies and standard cleaning agents.

Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.

Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality to support production demands.

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) required.

Strong hand strength, fine motor skills, and excellent eye-hand coordination.

No known allergies to epoxies or standard cleaning agents.

Hands-on experience in machining processes such as deburring, drilling, and tapping.

Proficient with hand tools used in mechanical and electronic assembly.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents including blueprints, assembly drawings, and parts lists.

Working knowledge of metrology tools and practices.

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Reliable work ethic with a proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality.

Preferred: Certifications such as J-STD-001E (soldering), MIL-STD-454, or similar industry-standard certifications.

Preferred: Prior experience in precision assembly within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, defense, or electronics).
