What you'll do:
Provide leadership and day-to-day operational responsibility for the campus missions strategy and the Campus Mission Manager team
Provide leadership for all local ministry partner relationships and partner effectiveness and LP Missions operated local ministries (i.e., Food Pantry, Senior Care, Hands of Mercy, etc.)
Provide leadership and has day-to-day responsibility for all messaging strategies for LP Missions to include the web, social media platforms, video storytelling, photos/videos from mission trips, Annual Missions Offering brochure, and any other communication strategies
Provide leadership with Missions Pastor on international partner relationships, new partner vetting, and country coordination of teams/projects with eventual country or region responsibility of certain international region partners
Provide leadership with Missions Pastor on central mission plays like Annual Missions Offering, resource initiatives, annual international pastors conference, all campus blessing plays, etc.
Provide leadership with Missions Pastor on missional strategies with Strategic Launch Network national church plants
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
International travel required
Prior pastoral experience required
3-5 years prior supervisor experience required
