What you'll do:
STRATEGIC COORDINATION & ANALYTICS
Monitor and analyze giving and generosity trends, working in partnership with the Executive Director to translate insights into actionable strategies
Support and inform decisions that drive donor engagement and resource initiative efforts
Provide exceptional reporting to Leadership
RELATIONSHIP & DATA MANAGEMENT
Operate and maintain proficiency in Relationship Management Systems (RMS); continually seek improvement in data quality and usage
Learn and leverage complex data analytics platforms to provide clarity, direction, and opportunity forecasting
INITIATIVE & EVENT EXECUTION
Drive and manage timelines, projects, and donor-focused events that align with organizational goals
Facilitate internal and external resource initiatives with precision and ownership
EXECUTIVE SUPPORT & OFFICE COLLABORATION
Manage calendar, appointments, and communications for the Executive Director, serving as a strategic gatekeeper and administrative lead
Collaborate with the Office of the Senior Pastor team to meet shared goals and adapt to "whatever it takes" moments with humility and flexibility
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; college degree is preferred
Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, data specialist, accounting support, or similar role. Event and hospitality industry planning is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); High proficiency in Rock, the church's RMS (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar platforms); Aptitude and willingness to learn and operate within complex analytics tools such as MortarStone
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Alignment with the values and mission of the Office of the Senior Pastor and a heart for generosity and hospitality
Discretion: High emotional intelligence, emotional stability, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
