Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The role involves conducting detailed inspections of cables, harnesses, and various metal products according to released drawings. The position requires working from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed inspections of cables, harnesses, and metal products to ensure compliance with released drawings.
Conduct electrical tests on harnesses and cables.
Provide feedback to vendors and internal teams regarding cable, harness, and metal issues.
Meet daily inspection requirements following a released schedule.
Maintain accurate and thorough inspection documentation.
Create and release Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
Execute light electrical and mechanical rework on harnesses, cables, and metal products.
Travel to vendors and other locations, as necessary, to perform inspections.Essential Skills
Expertise in inspection, quality control, and quality assurance.
Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
General labor skills related to assembly and production.
Experience with electrical and mechanical diagnosis.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
