A premier dining and events destination in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Banquet & Event Management to lead all banquet and catering operations. This role is responsible for the seamless execution of upscale weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings, while ensuring exceptional service and quality.

Director of Banquet & Event Management Requirements/Responsibilities

3+ years in a director-level role within luxury hospitality or dining

6+ years managing high-end banquet operations

Lead planning and execution of premium events

Coordinate closely with sales, culinary, and operations teams

Strong leadership, organization, and multi-tasking skills

Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

Oversee event logistics, staffing, and service quality

Ensure events meet profitability and service standards
