Accounts Receivable Specialist (B2B Collections)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Business-to-Business Collections Specialist for a client in the northern Cincinnati area. The Business-to-Business Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from our corporate clients. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure timely payments, resolve disputes, and maintain positive client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B collections and excellent communication skills. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $21 and $25/hr.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Communicate with corporate clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on overdue payments and resolve any billing issues.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
Negotiate and establish payment plans with clients who are experiencing financial difficulties.
Prepare regular reports on collection activities, outstanding accounts, and aging receivables for management review.
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and minimize payment delays.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address client concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B collections.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
