Primary Responsibilities
Lead and execute all aspects of the company's industrial security program
Maintain and manage NISS/DISS accounts
Process personnel clearance submissions and reinvestigations
Oversee employee security onboarding and offboarding
Maintain employee DISS records including updates for life events
Conduct fingerprinting for new clearances or upgrades
Submit and track visit requests (VARs)
Conduct multiple facility self-inspections per year
Develop and distribute monthly security newsletters
Deliver initial security training for new hires
Manage employee security files and documentation
Implement required annual training for all cleared employees
Develop and maintain the Insider Threat Program
Conduct specialized security briefings (NATO, COMSEC, FGI)
Execute DD254 requirements and maintain customer relationships
Manage adverse reporting in DISS and provide employee counseling
Create and maintain Security Standard Practice Procedure (SPP), policies, and procedures
Conduct foreign travel briefings and debriefings
Requirements & Desired Skills
Active security clearance
Experience with DoD security requirements for facilities and personnel
Strong understanding of NISPOM requirements and industrial security procedures
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
This is full-time salaried position with full benefits offered. Approximately 10% of travel is expected.
