About the role: Looking for an Infor CloudSuite resource who will help with the build-out of Infor CloudSuite as we acquire other health systems and merge operational systems. Currently in the middle of a 6-year project. Resource will participate in the build, support, and post-implementation enhancements/operations.
Regarding Configuration Console and IPA experience—Want to make sure they are not just 100% IPA. We’d ideally like someone equally balanced in both areas, and who understands the differences and benefits of implementing a solution using IPA vs Set Action (Config Console). Will train the right candidate with a developer background.
Responsibilities include:
Participate in a semi-agile development workflow using Scrum/Kanban methodology using Jira
Develop inbound/outbound time and attendance interfaces in WFM using XML, Groovy, etc.
Build out and support WFM functionality (pay rules, accrual rules, schedules, etc.) as we migrate from Kronos (UKG) WFC (Workforce Central)
Develop in LPL (Infor's proprietary scripting language)
Develop business processes via CloudSuite actions, forms, fields, relations, and workflows
Develop reports via CloudSuite lists (added plus: Columnar reporting)
Develop data feeds/interfaces via CloudSuite File Creation Utility, Data Replication, IPA, and related tools (added plus: ION, Data Lake/Data Fabric)
Develop workflows via Infor Process Designer/Infor Process Automation (IPA)
Develop reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) as part of conversion from Crystal Reports to SSRS
Perform day-to-day review/troubleshooting/Q&A related to the system initiated by business leads, as well as continue build-out of central documentation knowledge base wiki using Confluence
Get involved in and support other applications as availability and/or interest allows: security camera system; badge-based entry/exit system, visitor management system, learning management, others as Corp Apps continues to expand.
Additional Plusses:
Develop reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) as part of conversion from Crystal Reports to SSRS
Support existing T-SQL/SSIS stored procedures/packages on Microsoft SQL Server
Required Qualifications:
CloudSuite experience highly desirable (will train the right candidate with a developer background)
Bachelor's Degree (must be able to produce diploma or transcripts)
