Are you an organized, solutions-driven project manager with a passion for driving results across cross-functional teams? Join our team as an Associate Program Manager and help lead a wide range of impactful projects – from cost improvement to innovation initiatives – that drive strategic value across our business.

What You’ll Do:

As an Associate Program Manager, you’ll oversee diverse projects—ranging in scale and business focus—ensuring on-time delivery and budget alignment. Your expertise will help translate complex project needs into clear plans, guide cross-functional collaboration, and support successful implementation. You’ll be key in leading initiatives that span departments, brands, and regions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional projects using structured program management tools

Define project scope, goals, and secure buy-in from stakeholders

Develop schedules, assign responsibilities, and track milestones

Ensure project visibility and progress through effective communication and documentation

Manage Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) and budget forecasting as needed

Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align deliverables and launch objectives

Anticipate and mitigate project risks; escalate when necessary

Foster teamwork, innovation, and accountability across virtual and in-person teams

Here s what we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree

6–9+ years of experience in project/program management or related business functions

Microsoft Project and program management software knowledge

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a collaborative environment

PMP certification prefferred

Experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry welcomed

Strategic thinking, problem-solving mindset, and a self-starter attitude
