Salary: $50-55K / Yearly Earning Potential

SUMMARY

The Wedding Sales Specialist must be able to conduct all aspects of the Venues business with a heavy emphasis on Venue and Package Sales. The Wedding Sales Specialist will be highly driven in the field of sales and have the capability to quickly connect and form relationships with prospective clients. To be a successful Wedding Sales Specialist, the ideal candidate will possess a welcoming and kind demeanor to ALL the people with whom they interact.

EARNING POTENTIAL COMPENSATION

$50-$55K Yearly SALES COMMISSION + $17-20 Hourly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual Venue & package sales objectives

Responds to all inquiries and Sales leads in a timely/professional manner

Answers incoming phone calls politely and professionally, to include all Clients, (prospective & existing) vendors, and team members.

Provides venue visits to prospective clients while utilizing sound communication skills, company sales techniques, and closing abilities

Attends and participates in regular sales company and training meetings

General Office duties to include but not limited to, contracts and executing monthly payments

The Wedding Specialist reports to the General Manager and will assist the GM with any duty or responsibility as necessary and appropriate.

Responsible for daily operations of Venue while GM is off duty.

Maintains relationships with clients, associates, and vendors on a professional level.

Schedule

9-5pm

Schedule to include working weekends w/ 2 days off during the week

QUALIFICATIONS

2-5 years of Sales and Customer Service experience

Demonstrated ability and drive to be successful in sales and customer service

Ability to connect with client(s) and develop a relationship of trust

Comfortable presenting and speaking to couples and groups of people.

Strong communication skills

Demonstrate prior administrative and office skills

Ability to maintain a positive and kind demeanor in times of stress and conflict.

Conduct themselves in a professional, business-like manner.

Schedule

9-5pm to include weekends / back to back days off during the week.
