Real Property Management Pros is seeking a motivated and organized Leasing Agent to help landlords lease their rental homes and provide a great experience to prospective tenants. This is a full-time opportunity with a steady stream of inbound listings, no cold calling, and the support of a collaborative, fast-paced team.

What You’ll Do:

Develop pricing strategy and marketing content for new listings

Communicate with prospective tenants and other agents to obtain applications

Show rental properties to qualified prospective tenants

Manage listing activity and coordinate showing schedules

Provide feedback to property owners based on market response

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth process for landlords and tenants

Present screening results and recommendations to clients

Requirements:

Active real estate license

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Familiarity with the local Northern Virginia real estate market

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
