We are a facility services provider specializing in the commercial, light industrial and logistics industries. We are a “one stop shop” for our clients being able to provide them with such services as:

Janitorial / Maintenance Services.

Staffing.

Security Guard Services.

Logistics.

What You’ll Do:

Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in commercial facility services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.

Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

What You Bring:

2+ years of B2B sales experience (facility services or related industry a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a proven track record of hitting targets.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. act, ZoomInfo).

Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
